If there is a problem with your order, please contact Darcie’s Designs as soon as possible after receiving it. If an item is defective, damaged, or differs from what was ordered due to an error by Darcie’s Designs, we will work with you to make it right.

 

Items that are not customized or personalized may be considered for return or exchange on a case-by-case basis, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
