Orders from Darcie’s Designs are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping. Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, processing times may vary depending on the item, order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Darcie’s Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped. If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact Darcie’s Designs and we will help you determine the best next steps.

Local Pickup: Local pickup may be available for certain orders. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Pickup location and instructions will be provided by email.

Fundraiser & Group Orders: Some school, team, organization, and fundraiser orders may have designated pickup dates and locations. Pickup information for these orders will be provided with the specific sale or communicated after ordering.
